• By submitting an inquiry form or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Commissions

• Project Details: Please provide clear references, descriptions, and deadlines during the inquiry stage so we can determine scope and pricing.

• Payment:
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of the artwork, before high-resolution files are delivered.
• Revisions:
  • Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included in the quoted price.
  • Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
• Timeline:
  • Deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the project begins.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by late responses or incomplete information.
• Usage Rights:
  • All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial licensing.
  • I retain the copyright and the right to display the work in my portfolio, on my website, and on social media.
• Cancellations & Refunds:
  • If the project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If I must cancel for unforeseen reasons, any payments received will be refunded in full.

3. Mentorships

• Scheduling: Mentorship sessions will be booked in advance through email or a booking link provided after inquiry.
• Payments:
  • Payment must be made in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations:
  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session without penalty.
  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
• Scope of Mentorship:
  • Mentorship is educational and advisory in nature — it does not guarantee employment, portfolio acceptance, or commercial outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

• All artwork, sketches, and teaching materials remain the property of Sarita K. Wilson, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While I strive to deliver high-quality services, I am not liable for indirect damages (such as loss of business opportunities or profits) arising from the use of commissioned work or mentorship sessions.
